Jennifer Shoufler Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Jennifer L. Shoufler, 65, of Hoopeston, IL, passed away at 2:56 P.M. Monday November 25, 2013, at Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka, IL. She was born August 26, 1948, in Flora, Indiana, the daughter of Paul Edwin and Bessie Mae (Zeek) Clingenpeel. She married James A. Shoufler Sr. in 1975 in Kentucky. He preceded her in death. She is survived by three daughters, Tracy (Mike) Anderson of Warsaw, MO, Misty (Chris) Shoufler of Adair, IA and Shannon (Leland) Shoufler of Adair, IA; one son, James A. “Jimmy” Shoufler of Mathis, TX and one step-son, William Pentecost of Milford, IL; six sisters, Deanna Warren of Watseka, IL, Terry (Robert) Imundi of Clermont, FL, Paula (Dennis) Estes of Paxton, IL, Susie Lane of Milford, IL, Elizabeth “Bo” Kissack of Milford, IL and Clydette (Steve) Krueger of Clarion, IA; four brothers, Jeff Clingenpeel of Lawrenceville, IL, Pat (Debbie) Clingenpeel of Hoopeston, IL, Bill (Mickey) Clingenpeel of Hoopeston, IL and Phillip (Kathy) Clingenpeel of Clarion, IA; 8 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and one grandson. Jennifer enjoyed going to thrift stores and couponing with her sister Bo.
